HOLD means we are holding without deposit for an agreed upon time with buyer.
RESERVED means a non refundable and non transferable deposit has been placed on said bunny.
SOLD means paid in full.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
We work with everyone but we do have rules to follow. First, if you see a bunny you like, check with your family and make sure it is going to be a good fit for everyone. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. If you are under the age of 18, we must speak with a parent or guardian.
SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY:
If you reach out to us and we are holding a bunny for you, we require that you keep in touch with us and answer all messages. Please do not forget you placed one on hold with us. If you change your mind, we need to know asap so we can find that bunny a new home quicker! Also keep in mind that if we are using a transporter to get the bunny to you, we waste their time as well when we change plans and they have a stressful job putting their runs together to begin with. Changing their routes because of customers backing out of a sale is problematic for them. Please be courteous of all involved.

EXPECTING AND UPCOMING LITTERS:
We post pictures and news about upcoming litters and new babies born on the Updates page. Check it often for any new news! We also have a Nursery page you can view photos on as well. Any bunny that is at least 4 weeks old, can be reserved with a deposit. The exception to this rule is if we can sex the entire litter sooner (no earlier than 3 weeks) and move them to the Bunnies For Sale page. Just know that deposits are non-refundable. WAITING LIST:
We have made changes, no waiting list.
We are sorry to announce that we no longer keep a waiting list. This has become too much to keep up with It is much easier for everyone to just watch the Nursery page and reserve when we move them to the for sale pages. We will not hold one but if you see one on the nursery page that you have to have, you can purchase it while still posted there. Just notify us that you need a price and we will send you all the payment info directly. Otherwise, bunnies can only be purchased once listed in the sale pages. If you are looking for something specific, you can watch our upcoming litters and nursery page. Contact us when you see something for sale that you are ready to purchase.
Deposits are for bunnies age four to just under eight weeks old only!
Deposits are for bunnies that are on the for sale pages, priced, and sexed if under eight weeks of age. We offer a courtesy Nursery page for our customers to keep watch on our upcoming litters. . They can be reserved once they are four weeks old when moved to the For Sale pages only. We no longer hold bunnies without deposits at any age. We sex the bunnies at three to four weeks of age, take pictures and price them then. This is when they are put up for sale on the sale pages.
If you find a bunny on the For Sale pages that you would like to claim, be prepared to place a $52, non refundable deposit on it immediately. We If the bunny is 8 weeks or older, we do not accept deposit only, we then require payment in full. Notify us that you are ready to reserve a bunny BEFORE sending payment to be sure that bunny is available still.
DEPOSITS:
A $52 deposit is required immediately to reserve a bunny. The deposit reserves the bunny until it is 8 weeks old. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non transferable, so be sure you want the bunny that you inquire about. We no longer hold any rabbit at any age without a deposit. If you contacted us, you are online. If you are online, you have access to PayPal. Deposits are required immediately via PayPal, FB pay, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle : following a discussion with us about holding the bunny for you (unless discussed otherwise). Thank you for understanding.
BALANCE DUE:
All bunnies must be paid for in full by the time they reach 8 weeks of age (unless otherwise discussed). If the balance is not paid in full, the bunny will be re-posted for sale on the Bunnies for Sale page. At this time, you forfeit your deposit as agreed upon in this policy. If something happens to the bunny to where it is not healthy or passes away, we will offer a replacement or a full refund of any money we received for it (buyers choice). Please know that we will attempt to reach out to you several times before placing a bunny back up for sale! We understand that time can get away from us and we all need reminders. Unfortunately, people still do not pay their balances on time and some even ignore my reminder messages and never respond. Please be courteous and at least let me know what is going on. Sometimes I can work with you but can't help if you ignore messages.
GOING HOME:
Some bunnies are waiting on transporters to pick them up and that is not a problem. However, if you are picking up your bunny in person at our home, it must be picked up by as soon as it is ready which is normally 8 weeks of age. If we need to hold a bunny for an extended period of time, this will be discussed with the buyer and dealt with on a case by case basis. There can be a $20/week boarding fee added to the bill that must be paid for before the bunny is released. We continue to groom your bunny three times a week during this period.
TRANSPORT FEES:
We no longer transport our rabbits. If another transporter needs to be used, you will have to check with them on their rates. We do not work with all transporters so be sure to check with us before scheduling please.

PEDIGREES & BIRTH CERTIFICATES:
Once a bunny is paid for in full, we email you the generic pedigree (from Global). We do offer a custom pedigree and birth certificate once the buyer gives us the official bunny name for a fee. Most of the time we will mail these to you. If you are picking up at our home, we can have them ready for you (given a minimum 48 hours notice). The fee for the custom pedigree is $15. The fee for the custom birth certificate is an additional $15 as well.

Health:
We guarantee the health and life of your rabbit for the first 7 days. If you pick up the bunny, you are to care for it no different than we do. We will guarantee it's life for the first 7 days. Our rabbits are loved and cared for in the best way we know how. We want them to make it safe and transition easy once they reach you. If you choose to not take our advice and something occurs that we have warned about, we cannot and will not be responsible for your actions. Please contact us immediately if you notice anything out of the ordinary with your bunny the first couple of weeks of bringing him/her home!
It is highly recommended that you leave your bunny to himself (in his cage) the first 7 days. Feed, water, clean and check his bottom. Do NOT groom the new bunny for the first 7 days! Stress can come on so quickly and by the time you realize it, it can be too late. Your goal should be to make sure he is eating and drinking plenty as he gets used to his new surroundings. After one full week and everything seems great, then you can start slowing introducing your family members and other pets to your bunny.
Expect your bunny to come to you with at least one BunnyVac vaccination.
We vaccinate once they are over 6 weeks of age. The second dose is due 30 days later. Most of the time, bunnies are in their new homes by this age. We do this because all rabbits in our rabbitry are vaccinated and we care for the bunnies we sell as if they are staying here. If you ever notice a small round knot under the skin on the back of the neck, it is a reaction from the vaccination and it does go away with time. Worse case scenario is, it will fester, seep, and heal. I have seen both happen (in senior and junior rabbits) with no medical intervention needed. A second side effect of the BunnyVac we have witnessed is sneezing that does subside quickly (no discharge). Click on the link learn more about the BunnyVac vaccination.
We administer a topical or injectable dose of ivermectin on each kit/junior while here. This is precautionary and we usually only give one to two treatments a week apart before they leave our care. This is what we call mite prevention.

FORM OF PAYMENT:
Our payments are taken via PayPal or FB pay, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. We use the email address countrybumpkinbunnies@gmail.com for PayPal. Our direct paypal link is located in our menu bar for your convenience. Facebook pay must be done by going to Cyndi Collins personal messenger and paying through there. For any other payment methods, please contact us prior to sending in order to be sure you have the correct info.
Deposits are $52 per bunny no matter if it is a buck or doe. Balance is minus the deposit if paid prior.
If you choose to pay the entire balance instead of just a deposit, that is acceptable of course. Always let us know when you make a payment and what the name on your PayPal account is. We have changed our prices to reflect payment receiving fees (ie: PayPal fees) so you can send as a service and not via friends and family option.
PRICE:
Prices start at $130 and go up to $416 at this time. When we post photos at 4 weeks of age, the prices will be posted with their individual ad. Periodically we will offer a bunny at a discounted rate. We do not know when this will come about but when it does, we do disclose the reason for it.
Here is a guideline for our pricing but this doesn't mean they always follow these prices and they are subject to change. Our show bunnies that the kids have shown will be priced a little higher than the prices listed below. Some prices will be a tad bit higher on the kids' bunnies they pick each month to work with as well. These bunnies are well worth it because they tend to have the best personalities.

NOTE:
Be sure to be prepared for your new bunny. If you don't know something, ask! We have a page with info for New Bunnies that covers pretty much all you need for starting out. Please take the time to read it if you are new to English Angora bunnies.
The transition time is the scariest and you need to be prepared for anything. Please do not just cage up your new bunny and ignore it when you first get it home. You must make sure it is eating! Some new bunnies are nervous and they stop eating. If you lose a bunny and tell us you don't know what happened, more than likely it stressed and you were not being observant enough. If you are paying attention and it stresses, they can still die. BUT, at least we are aware of what is going on and can try to give you advice.
We will help in any way we can but please do your part! We are not responsible for neglect on a buyers part but we will help you in any way we can. We can only do our best so please do your best as well. Our guarantee is for the first 7 days so please keep in touch if you see any signs of stress. Most of the time they can overcome it easily with your intervention. If a bunny is going to lose its life from transitioning from our home to yours, we will see the signs during that first 7 days.
